Thomas came round when we needed a quote to fit a dry verge to the two gable ends of our three story house and remove moss from the north facing front of the roof. He gave me a quote on the spot then he came round a couple of days later with the written quote. A few weeks later the scaffolding was erected .The job was delayed slightly due to severe weather but the following week Thomas and his team of 4 got stuck into the job and completed it in a couple of days.
